Insight Quality Control
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all business activities, products, and services provided by Insight Quality Control (“the Company”) to its clients (“the Client”).
Insight Quality Control is engaged in the manufacturing, sourcing, quality control, inspection, and supply of garments accessories and apparel products. All services and products shall be provided in accordance with mutually agreed specifications, samples, and written instructions.
All orders must be confirmed in writing through email, work order, purchase order, or formal agreement.
Production shall commence only after final approval of samples, designs, specifications, and receipt of agreed payment.
Any modification requested after approval may result in additional cost and revised delivery timelines.
All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or other agreed currency unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (advance, partial, or full payment) shall be strictly as agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to suspend production or delivery in case of delayed or non-payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely approval, material availability, and payment compliance.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, labor unrest, political instability, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
Products shall be manufactured in accordance with approved samples and specifications.
Third-party inspections must be communicated and approved in advance.
Any quality-related claims must be submitted in writing within 7 (seven) working days of delivery.
In case of verified non-conformity with approved samples, the Company may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or adjust the claim value.
No returns or claims shall be accepted for damages arising from improper handling, storage, usage, or transportation after delivery.
All designs, trademarks, logos, and branding provided by the Client remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Company shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from Client-supplied materials or instructions.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all commercial, technical, pricing, and design information exchanged during the course of business, except where disclosure is required by law.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The maximum liability of the Company shall be limited to the total invoice value of the relevant order.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Insight Quality Control reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be effective upon publication or communication.
